‘EXALT THE LORD, WHO HAS ESTABLISHED US’ (based on Colossians 2:6-7 NASB)

Pray for our Nation, our Leaders, and our Communities!

The National Day of Prayer is an annual observance, inviting people of all faiths to pray for the nation. It was created in 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States Congress. The date was set as the first Thursday in May in a public law signed by President Ronald Reagan in 1988. The NFRW Faith Coalition Committee has created a prayer guide to help clubs and their members take part in praying for America on this year’s National Day of Prayer.
